If such things are not for your liking and you prefer manhwa that explain every single detail to you, I would suggest you to avoid that manhwa. Zero was a mysterious character in Shotgun Boy. He carried notable attributes in relation to Sweet Home monsters and evolved humans, such as a broken voice and deep wording, contrary to the variants. My biggest gripe is that it feels too 2010 anime with clean lines, and moderately saturated color to fit the tone of the series/scenes.
The problem comes when talking about the main cast, which is honestly the only thing holding it back from greatness. These Cocoons cannot be destroyed without either burning it or using advanced cutting equipment. Gyuhwan asks Zero if he understood everything he said, and if he's not going to hurt anyone else. Zero says that he understood and agrees to not hurt anyone else. Gyuhwan smiles at him and asks if he could heal his friends, and the child agrees, healing Shinyeong, Jayden and Jongpil. Zero asks what the reason for his existence is, which Gyuhwan explains that the child didn't just come into being, and that he was born, surprising Zero.
Human Life
Cha Hyun is a reclusive high school student who spends his days holed up in his room playing video games. But when he loses his entire family in a tragic car accident, he is forced to leave his home and carefree lifestyle behind and move into a new apartment all by himself. However, his pesky neighbors and lack of money soon become the least of his worries as people around him suddenly begin turning into horrifying monsters, plunging the world into apocalyptic chaos. The characters are interesting but few are really explored in depth.
What's more, in the beginning episode the plot was not presented in a linear way, so it might be confusing. Later on the time jumps are barely happening and it's easier to follow the story. I just finished reading the manwha and immediately went to write this review, I will mention my opinion on the different segments of both good and bad. This is my first review btw, so I'm probably gonna suck but whatever. Expressive and the characters barely move when they insert the square into the circle slot.
Shotgun Boy
That said, the chemistry between the whole cast was out of this world and they played off of each other well. Harem hentai anime is not a very uncommon thing in this day and age. If you run into a hentai series with more than one episode than it is most likely a harem show. A lot of people seem to like this genre more than a show with only one female lead. I would say I am in the middle of all of this.
The worst is the other one in glasses as her sex scene is long and awkward and it doesn't help that her dialogue is just "Ass, Pussy, Cock". Just some anime dude who sticks it to people who are pretty much his family. It's not much to talk about so let me break it down by episode. Episode 1, the dude bangs the character that isn't the big sister and the one in the glasses and orange hair. Episode 3, dude bangs the best girl and then an orgy happens. Just that I enjoyed it a lot, and was teary at the end.
Sweet Home Season 1 (
Gyuhwan confronts Zero, aiming his shotgun at Zero's forehead telling him to stop. Zero doesn't listen and walks directly up to Gyuhwan until the barrel of the shotgun was touching his head. Offscreen, Zero heals Gyuhwan after falling off a small cliff and notices the boy's diseased soul. He is later seen standing outside a shack where 01, 04 and 07 are hiding.
When he spoke, he sounded like a girl and boy speaking at the same time, according to Gyuhwan. He could only make his voice sound normal by transmitting his thoughts mentally. Until episode 44, he wore a blue Beaver Movers shirt. After having been stabbed and shattered by 01, he regenerated without the shirt, looking naked; however, Shinyeong gave him her red tracksuit jacket 2 episodes later. I'm not exactly one to pay attention to music in movies or shows, unless it truly catches my attention. Here, all the songs were extremely fitting and perfectly supported scenes they were played in.
Despite Gyuhwan hearing from the MM Corporation that Zero is a threat, he sets aside these prejudices and is willing to befriend and protect Zero. With nowhere to go, Zero was approached by a group of gang members who would offer him food and shelter, but only if he helped them in return. While living in their base, he was subjected to horrible abuse, one instance being a woman who used him as a punching bag to deal with her stress. This was Zero decided humanity was corrupted and proceded to kill all of the gang members. Zero appeared as a young child with red eyes and long blonde hair, which made others easily mistake him for a girl such as Chanhyeok. In the past, however, Zero had looked more masculine and had shorter hair.
Although it's not a continuation of the series ending, but a place somewhere near the end, I know some of you might be disappointed, but it's a fantastic story involving Satsuki. The special effects, plot, cast and production is well planned. The ending was way different from the webtoon and there is now more room for season 2. Every single monsters is so detailed and so insane.
He proceeds to save Chayeong Park from 03 by blowing its limbs apart with his powers. After it escapes, Zero approaches Chayeong to heal her. Upon healing her, she asks who he is, believing that Zero is one of variants; then, she proceeds to run from him after his exposition. He eventually sees a smoke beacon created by Jayden and Jongpil, leading him to Gyuhwan.
Please note that 'Not yet aired' and 'R18+' titles are excluded.
